Da Moon

CURRENT MOON

If you are wondering why this is here, I'll tell you. Try this for yourself to truly believe and understand it.
Go out on a night with say 30% of a full moon, take notice of the events around you.
Now go to the same place for a similar night when it says 100% full.

If you don't see an increase in memorable events throughout the night, you are either stupid, alone, or you're the one that's acting the fool.....
You know what they say, If you can't spot the sucker in the room, than it's you.

Biography

Blind Robbery History:

Since 2002, Blind Robbery has truly been the gadfly of the Long Island music scene, offering a constant and caustic alternative to an otherwise endless sea of hackneyed cover bands and plastic indie scenesters, with their own unique brand of guttural, high-voltage groove.

Blind Robbery rocks hard with elements of funk, blues and jam as is evident on their 2005 debut “Ante Up”.
Dan Brown of Good Times Magazine noted: “Ante Up shines a light on the great things Blind Robbery has to offer, while whetting our appetites for what we can expect from the band in the future.”

The band has been featured on 102.3 WBAB's Homegrown, as well as being the station’s featured artist of the day during the Northeast Blackout of 2003.
Blind Robbery is in rotation on WUSB 90.1 (Stony Brook University) and has been played on WSJU (St. John’s University).
In 2007 Blind Robbery were the winners of the Holbrook Battle of the Bands competition.

Whether it’s the local bar, Penn State University, or the Jones Beach Bandshell, Blind Robbery is known across the Island for its raucous live performances. The versatility of Blind Robbery allows them to perform with rock, blues, r&b, punk, and metal bands seamlessly. Their energy creates a whirlwind of confusion, whiplash, screaming, and gratification that leaves their fans with the taste for more.

Blind Robbery unleashed their second album "Crooked Numbers" in December 2009. It is currently available on itunes.
