If you are wondering why this is here, I'll tell you. Try this for yourself to truly believe and understand it.
Go out on a night with say 30% of a full moon, take notice of the events around you.
Now go to the same place for a similar night when it says 100% full.

If you don't see an increase in memorable events throughout the night, you are either stupid, alone, or you're the one that's acting the fool.....
